Yoga is a force of tremendous healing and challenge for Aria, and one that has helped her overcome supposedly "permanent" physical injuries and chronic pain. A former award-winning body builder, she believes that our bodies possess an intuitive intelligence and an energy that makes all things possible.

Aria's practice is inspired by the Prana Vinyasa Flow style developed by Shiva Rea. Her approach to yoga emphasizes fluid movement, rhythmic pulsations, and an awareness of the natural cycles of the body and the universe. This perspective calls her to draw on many disciplines, including Chi Gong, Sivananda, Anusara and Iyengar Yoga.

Aria currently resides and teaches in Los Angeles. She is grateful for the influence of many teachers, including Shiva Rea, Bryan Kest, Brad Keimach, Hala Khouri, Saul David Raye and Ana Forrest. She is a certified by Yoga Alliance with over six hundred hours of training.
